The Avimes network has a Steering
Committee called COORSE.
The schools are linked by a”network
agreement” which lasts two years and is signed by the school managers, after
approval by the collegial bodies of the school.
Each year the COORSE designs a
“program of activities” which is approved by the school managers of the schools
involved and becomes an integral part of the network agreement.
For each action it is specified
what is the responsibility of the network and what is the school’s
contribution.
Each school
commits itself to one or more activities and keeps contact with the network
through the school-head and a group of four of five teachers.
